Discount Tire

I hope this review helps someone. I went to Discount Tire today after having a terrible experience at Pro Tire yesterday. Please do not take your car there if you care about your rims and having your wheels properly balanced. It’s worth waiting the extra time and spending a little more money to have it done properly. Brad at Discount Tire listened to my story about Pro Tire and empathized. I could tell my car would be in good hands after speaking with him. When the technician Scott(who was also very nice btw)finished with my car he confirmed my suspicions about my tires not being properly balanced at the other place. Huge shout out to Brad and Scott both for taking care of my Alfa Romeo today. I really appreciate it. My car is back to driving like it should. You guys have a loyal customer from here on out and I will spread the word to others. As someone who also works on vehicles for a living, it was awesome to come to a place that cares about their customers.

Employees were great and highly professional...but I had an appointment in advance, and it still almost took two hours for a tire rotation and balance. I felt like I was deprioritized because they already had my money and I was there for the "free" service. My car wasn't even pulled into the bay to begin work more than an hour after my appointment time. Won't be back to this location unfortunately.

Incredible experience. I came in here for a tire patch, my right rear tire has a nail. I came in as a walk in and was told that it would likely take 3 hrs for the wait, I agreed and waited in their lobby. Lobby was clean and clutter free. Upon checking in, the receptionist informed me of the wait time and assessed my tires and made a recommendation, my tires are in the yellow area, pretty close to red. I was given options for tire replacements but upon looking at the total price, I had to decline as it was not currently in my budget. That was it. No push, no extra questions. That’s it. Then came the mechanic who took care of my tire and said that my vehicle is ready. The whole wait was a little over an hour only. It was also free, no strings attached. The whole experience was painless and smooth. I’m definitely coming back here for my new set of tires.

I actually had service done last month. The service was so great that as I was driving by the location I remembered that I forgot to post the awesome job they did with taking care of my new tire purchase and repairing a flat tire on my other vehicle free of charge! Thanks for being dependable during a time where the budget didn’t allow additional cost. -Success!

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire on Virginia Beach Blvd, and I can't say enough great things about Chase and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help. I was looking for the perfect wheels and tires for my Tesla Model X, and Chase took the time to walk me through every option. He listened to what I wanted, answered all of my questions, and helped me find a setup that fit both my needs and my budget. It was clear that he wanted to make sure I left with the right combination—not just make a sale. What really stood out was the team's professionalism and positive energy. Every interaction was friendly, respectful, and customer-focused. They kept me updated throughout the process, made sure everything fit properly, and ensured my new wheels and tires were installed correctly. Knowing how particular Tesla fitment can be, I really appreciated the extra attention they gave to making sure everything was perfect. Chase went above and beyond to make the entire experience stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. The whole team worked together seamlessly,
